“We love it! This is our second time staying here and it is the best. The place is very clean and has everything you need to have a great trip. I love not having to bring towels and linens. Having them there already makes it so nice. My mom has a hard time walking and having use of the elevator is a Godsend. Great views of Lake Park. It only takes minutes to get to the main boardwalk and all of the wonderful restaurants. You can easily walk to the beach too. The host is quick to respond if you……

“We had a wonderful stay in a lovely home. The home was very comfortable with nice furnishings throughout. The beds were soft and comfortable. The neighborhood is close to everything including the beach, and all of the neighbors were very friendly. The home is clean and spacious for being a smaller home. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this location. We would love to make this an annual place to stay. Amy was very helpful and available to answer any questions. What a great time!”

“The Property in in an excellent location for downtown Wilmington NC . The pictures do not do justice to the View of the Battleship Monument . The Balcony is directly in front of the North facing cannons . There are vibrant family oriented active downtown shopping food and historical activities . Perfect stay for a couple. The owners are very responsive and curteous . Overall a perfect metro urban get away .”

“Very nice, basic kind of place. We did a lot of beach going and shopping here at at Wrightsville so coming back to this condo was nice as it was quiet, the tenants keep to themselves, the parking is very easy. Only downside was the closest beach access is Periwinkle, which is an easy 2 block walk. ”
