“The property is beautiful. Everything was very clean and all the essentials we needed for our stay were provided. My granddaughter loves Barbie and she was so excited to see all the pink in this houseboat! The upstairs deck is where we ate many of our meals. It is a relaxing place to enjoy a cup of coffee while enjoying the sights and sounds of the area. Great vacation with family!”

“This is our second time staying at the cove. We absolutely loved it. The properties were decorated for the Xmas holiday and there was even a beautiful fully decorated tree in our unit. Walk to so many restaurants so you can’t beat the convenience. Parking was easy and they have wagons available if you need help with luggage. We will definitely be back”

“This was our first trip to Wilmington and staying in this floating villa made the trip fabulous. The villas are lined up on both sides of a dock so when you are walking down the dock, it looks like you are in a little village. So cute! Our villa was spotless and beautifully decorated. We felt very safe here. You’re at one end of the marina so your view is beautiful. The communication was excellent throughout, and check-in was a breeze. The day you are to arrive they send you the door code so you……
