“We wanted to try something different, so we tried the boathouse. Very nice unit, nicely decorated and immaculate. It is very comfortable and has a great view. The only disappointment with VRBO is that they will not approve a review with a negative comment. ”

“The property is beautiful. Everything was very clean and all the essentials we needed for our stay were provided. My granddaughter loves Barbie and she was so excited to see all the pink in this houseboat! The upstairs deck is where we ate many of our meals. It is a relaxing place to enjoy a cup of coffee while enjoying the sights and sounds of the area. Great vacation with family!”

“I truly enjoyed my stay at the EXPLORE houseboat villa. Everything looked exactly like the pictures. All directions provided were accurate as well. I wish there was a ceiling fan on the top deck (we did find a small fan to use outside though) but other than that everything was perfect! We will be back!!! ”

“Beautiful and spotless! Accommodations were perfect! This was our 2nd stay. Unfortunately we did not read the email on the parking changes since 1st stay. Construction of sidewalk in front of Coves was torn up and getting your luggage to house took my husband 4 trips to parking lot that is basically 2 blocks away. We were there for our suns wedding for 9 days and had more luggage and our dog. It’s a lovely place for a short term visit. ”

“This is our second time staying at the cove. We absolutely loved it. The properties were decorated for the Xmas holiday and there was even a beautiful fully decorated tree in our unit. Walk to so many restaurants so you can’t beat the convenience. Parking was easy and they have wagons available if you need help with luggage. We will definitely be back”

“The "houseboat" was wonderful. We could walk to everything, but at the same time felt like we were staying in our own quiet neighborhood. The Cove is a wonderful place. The staff was wonderful. The communication and instructions on where to park, check-in, check out were super clear. The Cove is just a quick walk to the Riverfront and all the amazing spots of Wilmington. We had an issue with one of the TVs not working (which didn't really matter to us) and the staff had it repaired the next……
