“Property is on the beach and we had a great view of the ocean! We could see a peak of the sunrise from the bedroom in the mornings. The inside of the house is very beachy and fun. Everything you need is there in the kitchen. Plenty of seating, footstools too. Loved it!”

“ Had the most wonderful stay at Il Bastione Agriturismo! Il Bastione sits about a 5 min drive above Spello. There are gorgeous views, lots of relaxing places to hang out and the most delicious restaurant! We went after a long travel day and relaxed by the pool and then had one of the most amazing meals at their restaurant. All the ingredients were so fresh, locally grown and everything was so perfect. We highly recommend it! You will be so happy you stayed with Jacopo and his wonderful staff!”

They provided assorted breakfast items in the fridge/freezer, like Eggo waffles, eggs, sausage patties, assorted cereals, fruit, and milk.The cottage stay came ready-made for cozy comfort! “Responsive communications with the hosts and the property was well represented in the photos. Beautiful shared backyard space with several spots to relax in front. The hosts provided lots of great info prior to arrival on local restaurants and grocery stores. The location was excellent and only a short 2-3 minute walk to the beach. Lifeguards are posted at the beach during the summer season. The street was peaceful and quiet at all times. I would love to stay in the upstairs unit next……
