“This was the perfect rental for our memorial day weekend beach trip. The building is directly on the beach so every day we could just walk downstairs and right onto the beach. The unit had plenty of beach chairs for us to use which was very nice, however I didn't see any beach towels to use (luckily we brought our own). The balcony has unobstructed ocean views and 4 chairs to sit and relax on. The rooms are big and as pictured. Everything was very clean. The building is also a short ( 5 min)……

“Well we were very exhausted from carrying luggage and food up three stories. That would have been overlooked if the property had been in good condition. The front door needs to be replaced. We were worried because there was dust built up on the vents. When we were taking a shower there was a large spider in the shower curtains that frightened my friend pretty bad.
