“We had a fantastic stay at this VRBO! The waterfront views were stunning, especially the view of the battleship right from the property. The place was spotless, well-stocked, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Communication with the host was smooth and prompt. We stayed in downtown Wilmington, and everything—from restaurants to shops—was within walking distance. Highly recommend!”

“The condo is a well appointed with a calm vibe. Both the living room and bedroom open out to a long 3rd floor balcony overlooking the beach. It is a short drive to the Fort Fisher Aquarium and Battlefield. It is a short walk to the boardwalk. Two things you should know: 1) If climbing stairs is difficult for you don’t book. There is no way up outside of 4 flights of steps. 2) The assigned parking under the building is VERY narrow. We golded the mirrors on our 2021 Honda Passport and only slight……

“We love the property, we love the location. It is a very comforatable condo, very clean and well appointed. The location is excellent. We do a lot of walking, and location is very convienient for walking to resturants, attractions, the river. Our favorite became the walk to the salt marsh, and and just hanging out along the water. Great location, great property. We will be returning.”
