“hotel is very convinently situated near the government Lifts and Hotel has lifts which leads to The Mall Road .This hotel is however not good for people having disability and you have to climb steep stairs to reach the way to the Lobby /Reception.Newly renovated rooms in New Wing do not have any view.”

“Hotel is good - clean rooms, the bathrooms are also very clean. The approach to the hotel from Mall Rd is not very easy - lot of stairs to go down and up. Also the surroundings outside the hotel are not very clean. The hotel itself is very nice.”

“Everything about this property was just perfect. I want to thank chefs for providing baby food for my 7 months ole baby according to her needs. Staff were very courteous, very prompt. Property was well maintained, clean and had all the amenities we could think of.”

“The stay in their luxury room was very comfortable. We had ordered a thin crust pizza which was delicious and nicely prepared. The buffet breakfast was having enough varieties and all with good taste. Overall a nice place to stay but amenities can be improved to spend leisure time. The seat in wash room can be a bit higher as it is bothersome if you have knee problem. The location is peaceful and is accessible via a single road from Dharampur ( about 8 kms). ”
