“Had a great vacation at this resort with my family. The service was amazing. The staff was very helpful and served us well, especially at the dining hall. The food was really good, served hot, right amount of spice and a good variety on the menu. The only suggestion, would be to include more sweet dishes. “Abbiamo soggiornato al Golden Fern Resort per due notti, per visitare Shimla. L'hotel si trova fuori dal centro, sulla strada che porta verso la località montana. La posizione è buona ma un po' isolata rispetto ad altri servizi (ristoranti, locali, attrazioni, ecc) che devono essere tutti raggiunti in macchina, traffico permettendo, perché nelle "ore di punta" è abbastanza difficoltoso muoversi sulle strade montane. Lo staff ci ha accolto in maniera impeccabile e si sono sempre occupati di noi……

“The views from the property are incredible. The breakfast is great. The other meals are great. Service is great too. Only two things I did not like: ONE: There was a very low wifi signal in the room and I would not recommend the hotel to anyone who needs to work and as cell phone signals at the property are low too. TWO: The bathroom exhaust did not fundtion. So the smell remained in the bathroom for a LONG time.”
