“Donna, the owner, has stocked the unit with just about everything you would have at your finger tips at home. Games, wine bar, personal items; I could go on and on. She was also very responsive getting back to me when I had a question about the unit. I would not even consider looking for another unit if I return in the future!!!!”

“We had an outstanding time staying in St Helena am most importantly in this beautiful villa at the Inn of St Helena. Totally private and serene. This was a perfect place to stay to kick off my birthday trip. I hope we can come back. ”

“We visited Sonoma in late December and stayed at Bungalows 313. This is hands down the best property I've ever stayed at. We were in the ground level 2 bedroom unit (called Terra). Unit included fully equipped kitchen, living room with a large screen tv, a gas fireplace and a pullout couch (we did not use it, since there were only 3 of us), a dining room and 2 bathrooms (one full bath with a separate shower and a soaking tub, the other one was a small half bath). Two private patios on both side……

“We stayed here to celebrate our 6 year anniversary. It’s a beautiful property and had a wonderful time. The hot tub was a great addition. The kitchen was very helpful to make our own dinner & grilled our steaks outside. Would definitely stay here again! 10/10 experience.”

“My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our three-night stay in the bunkhouse in early March. Suzanne is a very generous and welcoming host -- thank you again for the delicious bottle of sauvignon blanc and other goodies! Communications with Suzanne were always clear and timely. The bunkhouse is very comfortable for a couple, with nice linens on the bed, plentiful towels in the bath, plenty of coffee for the morning. The location is perfect for exploring the beautiful Sonoma wine-country. We would……

“Great house in all the important ways but a few annoying glitches. The instruction book had 8 pages on the rules of bocce ball and zero on how to use the TV (which we never figured out how to use) or how to use the coffee machine (also never figured that out). Basketball hoop was a big plus for my son-in-law but all the basketballs were flat and we were told to find the pump (which we never found). Nice to have a peloton bike but it wasn’t connected to the internet. Little annoying stuff like……

“We loved staying at this charming B&B type inn. They do have a full bar and an outstanding bartender. The setting is beautiful and the location is excellent. Be aware that it's kind of like a great old house, so you might be able to hear your neighbors. ”

“Wonderful spot to stay especially if you value being able to easily walk to tasting rooms, restaurants & shopping while still enjoying a huge yard, trees and birds. The path from the backyard provides a safe and peaceful walk to town. The place was clean and comfortable and the hosts are friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.”

“The place is dirty. There is no hot tub. There are no fire pits. There was a huge stain on our carpet. We got there, walked in our room, walked down to the river, walked back to our room and then left. Dont be fooled by the photos, this place is a dump. BAIT AND SWITCH”

“The property didn’t give directions on how to properly enter the code to open the door. We had to talk to another person staying in the property to give us the trick to entering the code in the keypad. Additionally, we kept requesting extra pillows with no success after playing phone tag with missed calls and unanswered messages. Room was clean at least and the property is in a quiet, secluded location.”
