“Everything was just...."almost". Almost close to being great but falling short. The front desk was probably the best part of the experience but that was part of the problem in the fact that what the resort promises is not what the resort delivers. It was supposed to be a dream weekend for the two of us but I was left a bit disappointed in how the concierge took care of us. If I had a special occasion and needed the important details to be taken care of, I WOULD NOT select the Grove Park and Inn……

“Great family trip! Riverside was a cute and comfortable little inn. The staff was great and we loved our room. We had a balcony which had a great view of the river. So peaceful. Walking distance to the shops and restaurants. I’m heartbroken for this community. So sad this little gem is gone. When they get up and running again we will definitely be back. One of my favorite towns in NC. ”

“Enjoyed my stay - only comment the entrance into the parking at the front is small, valet only, cars backed up on street trying to get onto property - after initial checkin valet was able to keep up with demand”

“The parking area is very cramped, dark, and not enough spaces. Check in was great. The street to get to the front door is like a back alley. Very strange.”
