“We had a lovely stay here. We had a late check in and I was worried that might be difficult but it was easy to contact through WhatsApp and Mohammad Osman met us and provided everything we needed. The rooms were very spacious wifi worked well, beds were comfy and laundry facilities were a bonus. Great we could walk to Petronas towers, aquarium and fountains. The pool as others have said has an amazing view! Check out was easy, we’d stay again.”

“I picked this hotel is because it is located near KL Sentral station. The signage pointed me to go thru NU Sentral mall but is not clear enough and it took me 20 more min to locate the hotel eventually. Check in is speedy, room is spacious but a bit old. Plenty of storage with a full kitchen, which will be good for long term stay. The air con is a major disappointment.
