“The staff were ready to assist when there was a power outage. It eas good to be offered the option of two rooms as well as additional cups and plates etc. Customer service was great, but the wifi was available intermittantly. Good for a short stay.”

For example: Although there was no restaurant for lunch & dinner, picnic tables, a microwave, plates, utensils and condiments were provided for guests' "bring-their-own-meal" use, little cookies daily with the in-room tea/coffee facilities, an honesty bar area, with an ice-maker, I could go on! “We really had a great stay. The staff are welcoming, friendly and very helpful. We were visiting family and the location was very convenient & easy to get to everywhere we needed to. The B&B is clean & tidy, the rooms serviced every day, clean linen & towels and plenty of space in our room. It provided us with a home away from home, and for some peace & quiet. With a small fridge in the room, and a kettle for tea & coffee, plus access to the kitchen with microwave & other facilities, it allows……

“We had a lovely couple of nights stay. It’s a great location for visiting Umhlanga, everyone was lovely and the accommodation was extremely comfortable with a lovely lounge at the top of the property, with a great view of the sea. Highly recommend and will stay again when next visiting”

“Location was ok, the beach was close. Not many restaurants nearby within walking distance. The room was really nice and clean and the garden and the pool were great. We booked via hotels.com a room including breakfast, but at hotel they asked money for the breakfast. Owner of the place was not friendly or helpful. The staff was polite but a little bit helpless and not very good at customer service.”
