“Just cheap”

“room is clean than expected for an inn. equipment and furniture in the room is also in good condition. tolite is also very clean. room is quite big since i'm only one man stay there. however, there are trash and old furniture outside the window facing the adjcent house. also, my room is on the ground floor and right beside the laundary room. every morning after 8am noise from laundary machine is very annoying. wifi signal is weak in my room but wired connection is not working. tv has many……

“Cozy little cabin! Stayed with my husband and two dogs for 4 weeks! I didn't realize until we arrived that the house was located near a major bike blvd/protected bike lane which made so much of Berkeley and Oakland accessible. We took advantage of all the great restaurants/cafes that were walking/biking distance away (La Note, Imm, Rose Pizzeria, and more). The house itself is just as pictured: compact but had everything and was in a perfect location for exploring the area. Host was……

“A delightful "themed" pair of rooms that are quite charming! The host has packed all kinds of surprises in here...including a mirrored cabinet with a fridge, microwave, Keurig machine and tea kettle. Very little road noise. I found plenty of light to read by although the room may seem 'dark' to those used to white walls. There are a pair of chairs and a table you can sit outside and enjoy your tea. The only challenge is finding parking on the street and it's not too far to find parking if……

“We really enjoyed our stay. It was the perfect base for exploring the area. Comfortable, quiet place with a very responsive host. We enjoyed the neighborhood and had some great takeout within a few minutes walk. The parking that comes with the unit might seem a little tight if you are not used to city parking, but we had no problem getting in and out. And there is a good amount of on street parking as well. If we are back in the are we would definitely stay again!”
