“Even before I arrived, I was so impressed by the customer service. The check-in was easy and accommodating. The facility was so clean, and everyone I interacted with was very pleasant. The hostel is located in a very convenient area. I was able to walk to many different locations, or take a short ride on the train/cab. I wish I had been able to stay longer!
