“We booked this place for 12 adults and it was last minute as the previously booked location cancelled the day before the trip. We doubled up in each room. It had everything we needed plus a pool. It is located close to numerous wineries and is right next door to the brewery. There was plenty of parking for everyone. The place was clean and checkin and checkout was easy. We property manager was quick to reply to any questions we had. The view was amazing especially for the sunrise!”

“The property was great for relaxing, touring local history and enjoying the recreation on the Potomac River and bike trail. We had a slight issue with the water heater, called the property contact and the problem was fixed within the hour. Excellent service and great stay. We would stay again. ”

“We spent Easter weekend at Sunny Streams with our daughter’s family and really enjoyed this charming and comfortable house. Each couple had their own floor with TV rooms and baths. The kids (3 and 8) loved their bunkbeds, and spend a good amount of time in the well-maintained “hotpool”. We were close to Harper’s Ferry, but it was way too buggy for us to stay long. Enjoyed exploring Antietam, and returning to watch the sunset with drinks on the front deck. Tons of games available for the……

“Our stay was great and really enjoyed the house. We had so much space to have our own time and then still be able to come together for meals and hanging in the hot tub. We now want to come back in the winter and go to the sledding hill right in front of the house! ”

“We enjoyed a long weekend at the cabin for a girls trip. Was everything we needed and wanted and the perfect space for 3 adults. We spent a lot of time at the cabin and felt very comfortable, we also took the short walk to the river for a quick swim and we went out to explore Harper's Ferry and Shepherdstown which were both an easy drive away (maybe 10 -20 minutes from the cabin depending). Hosts were gracious and very quickly responsive when we had a question. Would highly recommend this cabin!”

We were not disappointed.The cabin was delightful, well-appointed and catered for all our needs. The outhouse was well-maintained and the location beside the Potomac was idyllic.Shepherdstown was wonderful - some great places to eat, a strong feeling of history and the people were so friendly.Would we come again? Yes, we certainly would!”

“Gorgeous property with killer views. Off the beaten path thus providing a great place to enjoy nature or just relax and take in the atmosphere. Screened porch nice bonus with cute tiki bar. Bedrooms well appointed and the amenities included are a bonus. Highly recommend.”

“House was clean. Very nice, quiet property. About 4 miles of gravel road to get here, so would recommend a vehicle that can handle it. Cell service in the area was patchy, so GPS for trips was in and out. We would definitely stay here again if we take another trip to Berkeley Springs!”

“We really enjoyed our stay. We had one hiccup with the code for the front door not working, but the owners communicated immediately to get us in! We really liked the fenced in yard for our dog and the fire pit with fire wood so easily accessible. One thing we learned about Harper’s Ferry is the abundance of gnats!!! Bring your bug spray!! Loved this house! ”
