“getting in was a bit of a hassle, did not get the code at first, but once we were in, so glad it worked out. “loved this property, secluded, quiet. Had everything we needed, coffee makers, utensils, washer/dryer, outdoor fire pit, to name a few. a couple of miles of the main road, but very scenic. Only negative, (and wasn't really a negative), the road to Harpers Ferry was out, had to use detour, and extra 20 minute drive, but was a beautiful detour drive!”

“We wanted a quiet getaway and that’s exactly what we got. We like Hedgesville’s proximity to Berkeley Springs, Harpers Ferry and Winchester, VA. Hedgesville itself doesn’t have a lot going on - a few independent restaurants & shops, a Martin’s grocery store. If you’re looking for Walmart or chain restaurants, there are plenty in nearby Martinsburg. This visit for us, though, was all about staying in and enjoying the woods around us. “We had a great stay! Tony was very quick to respond to any questions we had. The house was very cozy and in a peaceful setting. Even though there are houses near by, we never saw anyone else. There's a privacy fence that blocks the view of the hot tub. So no issues using that! Just wish the pond wasn't frozen. We'll definitely stay there again! ”
