“The “restaurant” was far from it, at least during our trip. But the staff (Jennifer) was great! At breakfast they said they had no cook. Jennifer saved the day and put together a great complimentary breakfast for the whole hotel! But then for dinner half the menu was scribbled out bc they “ran out of a lot the night before.” Interesting. But they did do their best with what they had and my son and I appreciated it all! ”

“Very terrible experience. Booked this hotel as I had an important interview downtown in Albany. When I arrived there at 9pm, it’s overbooked and we were relocated to a motel 20 mins away. The motel was terrible and the hair dryer was even broken. The staff was rude when we tried to understand the situation. “This was my first time staying here. It’s a throwback to the 60’s/70’s when my family would go on vacation. They’ve done a good job in upgrading the bathroom, TV & WiFi and installed a manufactured wood floor getting rid of the who know’s what you find in much more expensive motels. This isn’t 5-star Hilton, but you get a that throw-back/cozy feeling of years past. Pricing is commensurate with what you get. Will definitely cone back when in the area!”
