“This stay was incredible from start to finish. Staff was communicative as we needed, cooling our luxury platform tent ahead of our arrival and giving specific directions for our contactless check in. A binder with thorough information was inside the tent, explaining the site features, the facility, and the amenities of the area as well as how to obtain various items (tooth brushes, personal items, etc). “My stay was great, the only problem I had was the bathroom was not the cleanest but I was only staying for one night so it worked fine for me. Then the people that were staying below me were outside very late and talking very loud so that kept me up a little bit but that isn’t the motels fault or the employee’s fault.”
