When we arrived, the light switch in the bathroom was lying neatly on the bathroom counter. We informed them and they fixed it. “The staff were helpful. The price is wonderful. The one-bedroom condo has everything you need, a stove, a refrigerator, a washer, and a dryer, I never thought I would need a washer and dryer but I had to use it and they worked absolutely perfectly. Everything in the condo was good. ”

“There was not any communication with the property manager except for check in info, so didn’t know how to rate that. We had a wonderful stay! This isn’t a completely walkable location to downtown (especially like we are used to) but the property is cute and completely renovated! We came during the fall/octoberhalloween season. We would recommend the property! It was comfortable and clean! ”

“We have stayed here half dozen times and there is great care in maintaining the grounds but the rooms are looking worn and tired. Pictures may be outdated at this point. Our sofa had a tear in it. The carpet is worn and needing either a deep clean or total replacement. Mold along the baseboards in bathroom. Well equipped room just some general neglect and standard cleaning is not addressing these things. Prices may be escalating and although the property is great the rooms will need some help……

“I did not receive any info from the host after booking. I had to reach out to them hours before our arrival to make sure we were set. We were supposed to be able to check-in at 4pm; we arrived at the front desk at 3:50pm to fill out the forms and scan my ID. I was told our condo was not ready and they would call me when it was available---no call. We went in again at 4:45pm and were told they forgot to call us. The "condo" is actually an old motel they "renovated" into a "resort." Those are all……
