“We had a party of 7 people staying in the condo for a family Christmas. We packed a lot of kitchen supplies we did not expect the condo to have (pressure cooker, high end knives, a preferred frying pan, etc). However, the kitchen had 4 coffee cups, 6 forksand only a few cooking utensils. We've stayed at multiple properties throughout the years and this was the worst stocked kitchen. The coffee maker make took 1.5 hours to brew a pot of coffee. Other than that, it served it's purpose. a12……

“This was the perfect place for our family to gather this Christmas. The place was even decorated for Christmas! It was clean, spacious, and stocked with all that we needed to have a great weekend. There were even toys for the kids to play with! Would stay here again.”

“I took adult children from my husband’s family and mine for a new family retreat. This house was perfect for us. Enough space in the family room for us all to gather. Enough space for us to cook and eat together. The bedrooms were just the right size for everyone to get away when they needed and get some quiet time. Everything was clean and well decorated and comfortable. Located just right so everything is close enough but not too close. ”

“Everything was great however for one exception The bathtub/Shower would take a long time to drain and the toilet would take along time to fill That is my only complaint”

“The space was nice, bed in master is small. Not crazy about door to garage not locking. Some areas need some attention ie the air duct vents. FYI: the window in the dining area may have a leak, no wall damage but the sill is damp, soft and warping. Someone should notify owner before repairs become even more cost. Overall we did enjoy our stay.”

“The property was super clean. We had an issue with the heat not working. Clarisse was quick to respond and get someone there to fix the problem. The repairman was also amazing. Got the furnace up and running and was very personable, answering our questions about Branson and giving recommendations for things to do and places to eat. ”

“Advertised “cozy fireplace” and included photo of an apparent fireplace. Only has an electric image of a fireplace. Advertised “backs up to lake”. Lake can be seen off at a distance down the street but definitely doesn’t back up to the lake. Living room furniture has no support and is broken down inside. Would not trust this property management company due to deliberate misrepresentation.”
