“Unique place to stay. Loved the big shared room. Everything we needed to have a great week. Host was quick to respond with any questions we had.”

“Beautiful home. Crystal clear water. My only complaint is the bugs/mosquitoes. You can’t really enjoy the beautiful deck or the hammocks. Maybe if they sprayed? Either way so much to do in that area. Amazing host! Thank you we hope to be back. ”

“We came up with my extended family (14 of us) to celebrate my parents’ 50th anniversary. The home was STUNNING and there was plenty of room to sleep, eat (indoor dining table and outdoor patio tables seat 16), and hang out. There are coffee makers everywhere too, which my family loved. We quite enjoyed taking out the paddle boat, kayaks, and paddle boards (plenty of life jackets too). The water is shallow for quite a ways out which made swimming easy … and our hosts also graciously provided……

“Kitchen is well-equipped with a griddle, pots, pans, dishes, etc. WiFi is good, although you won't be looking at your devices! The best time of day, in my opinion, is early morning. Lots of birds (loons, pelicans, etc.). An evening at the fire pit, fishing off the dock, kayaks, paddlle boards, and plenty of space for a large group. The Runestone Museum is nearby and well worth a trip to Alexandria (20 min); in fact, this is a great little town!”

“Very nice cabin on a beautiful lake. The cabin had every thing we needed. We prepared all our meals on this trip and the kitchen had all the tools, as well as spices, foil, coffee filters, ect. The LP grill on the deck was perfect. Much appreciated. The bathrooms were modern, clean and nicely designed. Plenty of towels, bedding and extra blankets. Overall this property was a 5 out of 5 stars. THANK YOU!”
