“Beautiful little lake home with plenty of room for our family. We were in the area for a wedding so we didn’t get to spend much time at the house, but my wife insists that we need to book another stay so we can enjoy the beautiful property. The house was clean, cozy, charming, and had more than enough space for our family of five. Great communication from the host. ”

Our chef commented that this was the most comfortable kitchen she has ever worked in. For an old house, it was remarkably quiet and not drafty! May or may not be haunted…depends on who you ask. ;). Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again!”

“The Lakeside Retreat is great! Cleanliness is my highest priority and it was clean! It had everything we needed and was located on such a sweet spot. The pictures do not due is justice as the space is very functional and conducive for gathering and doing different activities. We would definitely return.”

Situated just 13 minutes from anything you need in Alexandria, this lakefront property sits at the end of the road, which provides Seclusion and privacy. The garage provides plenty of recreational space and it is just a few short steps on flatland from the door to the dock. The fishing on the lake was also fantastic. Will definitely come back”
