“We were very happy with the whole place, inside and out. There is plenty of sleeping, we had 8 adults and 5 children from the ages of 2 to 15. Lots of things to do inside and outside. After staying with all the kids at quite a few cabins over the years this is one of our favorites. When I had to get in touch with the owners about a couple of things they answered in a timely manner and were very helpful.”

“This was our second time staying at the house. We love the location but mostly love the beach for building sand castles and the water for swimming, fishing off the dock and kayaking around the lake. We brought our bikes this time for morning and evening walks and just enjoyed our time. House was clean and perfect for us!”

“The owner, Paul, was friendly and truly wanted to provide the best experience he could for us. The remodeled house had a cozy cabin vibe and included a well stocked kitchen, lots of sleeping areas and bathrooms. The back patio was our favorite place to hang out with a lovely view. The fire pit attached to the porch was great to have. We loved the included pontoon and the option to bring our dog. Also, our grandson loved the swing. I have mobility issues so a few things were challenging but not……

“A very nice place to stay on Lake Le Homme Dieu. The deck has a nice view of the lake and the home is spacious with more than enough room for multiple guests. I would recommend to my friends and family!”

“Beautiful home. Crystal clear water. My only complaint is the bugs/mosquitoes. You can’t really enjoy the beautiful deck or the hammocks. Maybe if they sprayed? Either way so much to do in that area. Amazing host! Thank you we hope to be back. ”

“We came up with my extended family (14 of us) to celebrate my parents’ 50th anniversary. The home was STUNNING and there was plenty of room to sleep, eat (indoor dining table and outdoor patio tables seat 16), and hang out. There are coffee makers everywhere too, which my family loved. We quite enjoyed taking out the paddle boat, kayaks, and paddle boards (plenty of life jackets too). The water is shallow for quite a ways out which made swimming easy … and our hosts also graciously provided……

“Our extended family was looking for a three-bedroom place close to Crooked Willow for a wedding. The check-in process was very clear, and our questions were promptly responded to. Although I was concerned about only one shower for five people to prepare for the wedding, we managed easily since the second bathroom has a tub. The deck, large flat lawn, and beach were perfect areas for our family to gather. Although there is not a dishwasher, the younger generation learned how to do dishes old……

“Loved sitting in the screened in area playing cards and listening to the loons. Great view and the teenagers lived the paddle boat.Very clean and close to town.”
