“The lake view was perfect. We could see occasional boaters (speed, pontoon, canoe) but motors never intruded. We were visited daily by a large pelican slowly paddling by and a group of Canadian geese (4 adults, 5 goslings) on the shoreline, and a black squirrel. The cabin was furnished with many added features (TV, grilling and fire pit items, kitchen supplies, comfy beds and towels).My friend and I were celebrating her retirement and we wanted a quiet retreat to relax by the water, read, play……

“We had a great long weekend in July 2025.PROS - Kitchen is great. Air conditioning is strong in the main room. Beds were comfortable, plenty of sleeping room. Main level master is plenty spacious. The 2 upstairs bedrooms have queen bunks - queen top and bottom. Bathrooms had body wash and shampoo. Plenty of towels were available. Indoor rocking chairs were comfy, along with the sectional. TV worked. Campfire pit was great. Canoe and kayaks had paddles and were available for free, which was……

“We had such a great time. This was my 1st time renting a vacation home, i brought so much extra stuff, and the house was stocked with everything you would need! We made great memories here! And will definitely look into renting it again next year!”

“What an awesome cabin on lake Osakis! We had a group of 6 friends and had a great time. The cabin is clean and has plenty of room for everyone. Kids will LOVE staying here, there is a fun loft and they can fish right off the dock. There’s room to tie up your boat on the dock as well. The owner was very responsive and helpful with my questions. I highly recommend! ”

“Check in process was easy after we got the correct code for the lock box, which had changed and hadn't been reflected in the instructions. We did arrive after 4pm so thats on us. After we got in it was smooth sailing from there. The property mist have been treated for insects as the swarms of horse flys that greeted us didnt seem to follow us as soon as we got onto the deck which was amazing. Cabin came equpted with a small electric stove whoch was a great suprise along with everything we needed……

“Overall, our family had a wonderful time at this property. A small glitch in check-in resulted in immediate communication and resolution. We have only used Vrbo a couple of times, so are not well-versed in the process etc. The hosts are well prepared for your stay, accommodating to your needs, and responsive to any questions. The loft was a favorite for the kids as was the water "toys" down at the dock and lake. From am to pm, they enjoyed pontoon rides, fishing and swimming. The kitchen &……
