“Matthew is a great host and we loved the property! Walking distance to Wrigley and there are great dining options close by as well. A nice home to HQ out of when you visit Chicago!”

“The property is very nicely done and thoughtfully furnished. The beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms are clean and very functional. The two stories make it easy to spread out. The main level has two small bedrooms (the queen beds 'just fit') and the secondary lower level has a queen bed and ample space. The second kitchenette is a nice touch. Our family had a really great time here, teens/young adults used the CTA Blue Line Damen stop which was about a 10 minute walk and they could……

“This was the first time I ever booked a VRBO. Nicole made the process so easy for me and was very responsive to any and all questions I had. The location couldn’t have been any better for anyone going to the baseball game. The patio area worked perfectly for my family to unwind at the end of the day. Very happy this was my first experience. I will be contacting Nicole again in the future for sure if we need to stay again.”

“A great stay! We came into town for an event. Due to weather issues, and flight delays, we arrived very late. Yet the host was quickly responsive and pleasant to every contact. The home was clean and inviting, in a safe neighborhood and provided just what we needed. I would definitely stay again.”

“Don’t let the “upper floor” on this listing scare you away, it is a full house you have access to which was our concern. There’s a second (basement) unit that is fully separate- although you need to be conscious of noise on the first floor of the house if it’s rented which was fine with us. Good for a local wedding we were attending- tons of space. Perfect for our group of 4 (late 20’s, early 30’s) but would be a good sized property for a family as well. We could have had 2 more adults or 4……

“This was a very nice property that was able to hold eight people comfortably. The neighborhood was the most attractive part of this property. It is in walkable distance to a lot of stores and restaurants, and felt very safe. Property was clean and there were many towels and linens available. My only complaint was that the basement was not fully set up upon arrival and someone access the property without us knowing to finish setting it up halfway through our stay. ”
