“A “gentleman” at the reception( could be the owner) has a really bad attitude... was not friendly at all. Long story short, if there’s a will, there’s a way... he clearly is not familiar with that. Ladies at the breakfast were amazingly kind and friendly. They made us feel like home. “They never reply to phone calls. - I got the apartment keyes - just by chance when saw neighbors talking to the managers - lost 40 min while family stayed in the car. the apartment was dusty (lamps - spider web, heating facility in bath), wifi was not available in our apartment (only downstairs @ another building), promised parking was occupied during one night - had to park elsewhere and risking with a ticket - the total was very bad. the only good point is the view. will never be back -……

“Wir haben für zwei Tage bei EXPEDIA gebucht. Bei Ankunft war niemand mehr erreichbar so dass wir ein anderes Hotel buchen mussten. Am nächsten Tag wollten wir wieder in das Hotel einchecken da wurde uns gesagt das wir jetzt 100 € mehr zahlen müssten. Es war einfach ein Preis erhöht und uns gesagt EXPEDIA wäre schuld daran weil sie das Zimmer zu billig an uns verkauft haben. Wir sind dann komplett in ein anderes Hotel gefahren und dieses Hotel ist eine absolute Katastrophe .”
