“Belambra purchased the Club Med Avoriaz site. It's in a prime location in a breathtakingly bucolic setting in the French Alps above Morzine another notable Apline town. We purchased a 1-week, all inclusive package for four - 2 rooms, 2 adults each - for us and our two adult children (25 & 27), who shared a room. Rooms are quite small, with little room to move around, but practical, with enough closet and shelve space, a shower ans separate toilet. Our rooms had a wonderful view of the town below……

“I stayed here twice, and I can say that Lingonstuga is much better than Hjortronstuga - considering small price difference you get a bigger cabin with proper kitchen, toilet and shower, also freshly renovated. But in both cases the cleaning was not sufficient. I understand that self service cabins don’t have hotel standards, but it felt like we were cleaning a month worth of mess (including dirty carpets and yoghurt stains on the table), while we only stayed for 8 hours to sleep. “I was only there for one night just passing thru with my family and arrived after dark. It would not be fair to rate the place, but it seems like a great place to spend a few days relaxing. Easy directions and welcoming. The only downside was that we had to leave the car by the front office overnight instead of next to the cabin in a secure area because the gates don’t function between midnight and 7:00 and we had an early departure. No problem. They have security around the place. ”
