“This wasn't my first time staying at Mulberry House, it never fails to impress. From booking in you feel that you are being taken care off, being shown to your room, checking to make sure everything is all ok and too your liking, everyone involved makes for a pleasant stay. “The staff is so accommodating. The first day we arrived the front desk arranged for a taxi for the next morning.We had an early morning excursion. Second they arranged for a continental breakfast for us before the restaurant was opened so we could have a bite to eat. “Nice quiet site. Closest to Tereme. Our room was large with comfortable bed, but no windows. In case of emergency there was only 1 exit. No staff on site at night. We got up early and decided to leave, as the breakfast offered started at 8:am. We didn’t know what to do with key so just left it in unlocked room and guessed they would figure it out. It seemed like the breakfast was advertised to go with room rate, but we must have misread, because it’s $20 per person extra. We thought……

“My room was clean and spacious. The kitchen was clean, there was tea, coffee, sugar and milk all provided. It's outside of Hillsborough so you will need transport to get around but there is plenty of car parking spaces and even space to charge an electric vechicle. Good communication and easy to undestand the locking system”

Be careful if you are sensitive to noise.

"I'm very concerned with the sleeping quality that I can get in a hotel so this hotel is between 3 to 4 out of 5 for me. The bedding is very comfortable and the room is very decent and clean. The only downside is that the wall and door are really too thin, and that the hotel is busy with people in and out. The door when closed would create a loud noise capable of waking everyone up. You can hear the music and conversation of the adjacent room easily. Also, the cleansing staff, although having done a great job in cleaning, was really creating loud noise when they clean (including slamming the door of the cleaning room). Despite putting up "do not disturb" sign outside my room, the staff knocked on my door at 9:20a.m. just to confirm if I need housekeeping service. This is simply too annoying and stressful for a quiet enjoyment of the room."
