“The property was very clean and the houses are very well maintained. The swimming pool was not operational. The road into the property is horrible they need to work on paving the entrance. The check in didn't go well we arrived after 5:30 pm and the office was closed and there was some difficulties getting checked in but eventually they got it straight. The views to the lake are beautiful very serene. I highly recommend this place. For the cosst it is hard to beat. The pros out weigh the……

“The house was wonderful and out family had a great time there. The whole property was beautiful. We had never been to Charolette and enjoyed the city very much. Our host responded to our questions and calls in a timely matter. Only recommendations I would have is better instructions about hot tub and pool so we didn’t have to call about those (like turning on heat for pool) It would have been nice to have a few pool items (floaties) but really enjoyed the lake items provided the kayaks and……

“This home has it all! Plenty of space, fully stocked kitchen, jetted tub, steam shower! Beautifully decorated, perfect location and awesome views. The owner is fantastic. You also have the opportunity to rent his pontoon boat. This is one of the best places we have ever renred and will be back!”
