“We got a shock that our reservation was gone while we arrived at airport in the midnight! After checking around it was back but the reserved queens beds room was not available for the first night and we kept on asking for the following two nights instead of being informed. We took wrong shuttle because no info was given and this caused a very late check in. Anyway our stay was pleasant, the breakfast was very good and the staff was helpful, the indoor pool was unexpected warm which is exllent……

“Great location for accessing CLT airport for an early flight. Hotel is newly renovated. Rooms are large, clean and quiet. Staff was very friendly.”

“This was the perfect location, adjacent to the Charlotte Airport. The hotel was efficient and the room was clean. They even allowed us to check in a little early. They offer carts to help bring your luggage to the room. A small restaurant is available, as is a gym if you want. Parking was close to hotel. Overall, we were happy with our choice.”

“Hello!! Whenever we come to Charlotte, this hotel is always our first choice to stay. We really enjoy this spot, but could we possibly have some GRITS on the breakfast bar? Princess also wanted to mention that it would be great to have a designated doggy area. Thanks!! :)”
