“This apartment was perfect. It was furnished with everything we needed plus a peaceful setting and walkable proximity to Atrium hospital. The Queens neighborhood is elegant, safe, and welcoming. The customer service was impeccable from my first inquiry until departure. ”

“We really like the Condo. The location to the highway makes it noisy for sleeping. Overall the building & unit are very nice & comfortable.”

“The apartment did not disappoint! A couple of snafus with check-in but the property owner had it figured out in no time so I still rated it 5 stars for that process. The place was very clean and it should be noted that the only bathroom is up a flight of stairs. The hallway was quiet and you rarely heard anyone coming and going. you can see Bank of America stadium from the Balcony and easy walking distance to the field. The building has a couple of restaurants/bars attached that served great……

“Katie was able to accomodate our needs for a condo at the last minute due to changes of my son's wedding due to Hurricane Helene. The unit was great with view of the water. Convenient to the nice restaurant next door where we did a post wedding brunch . Occasional noise from the delivery vehicles and trash collector for the restaurant next door, but not bad . And we could have used an extra dishwasher pod. Otherwise everything was great and we had a wonderful wedding weekend!”

“This was a super nice, tidy little city apartment. I especially enjoyed the balcony and the pseudo fireplace! I've stayed in the building twice and this unit is far nicer than the one I stayed in last time. Our host even allowed us to check in a couple of hours early so that we could get over to the Panthers game in time.”
