“The staff was friendly , the hotel is in the middle of so many stores of all kind of articles like handbags, shoes and so on . So lots of people , garbage, much going on,but it is ok in the night.”

“This boutique hotel is only about 10 mins from the biggest attractions in Istanbul. The room was clean and the breakfast was decent. The staffs were super helpful with my food delivery especially as I arrived at the hotel late at night. The warm hospitality certainly made up for the slightly weak shower nozzle. ”

The room is in unsatisfactory condition, the door lock could not be closed from the inside, the TV remote control was so dirty that it was impossible to pick it up, the sheets were torn. I understand that the hotel has a lot of guests, but its a 4-star property and at an average price in this area, so i believe that the management should bring the room and overall the service back to normal condition,especially in the current situation in the world. ”

“很差，房间空调一天内修了四次，酒店方面没有任何歉疚，在我们强烈要求下才换了一个同标准房间，态度是他们已经给我们换房间了，就不需要道歉。是我们住过的bestwestren最差的酒店，没有之一。”

“地點好, 離輕軌跟捷運站都很近；大市集也是步行可到的距離，缺點就是隔音沒有非常的好，低樓層房內可以聽見輕軌行經的聲音。另外如果隔壁房客講話非常大聲，也會聽得見。但整體來說是間不錯、會再回訪的飯店。”

“I lived in this hotel for 4 days. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good, served from 7:30 until 10:30 a.m. The hotel is in a quiet and convenient location, but close to the mosque. There are some good place to exchange money nearby. I would like to stay there again if I go to Istanbul.”

“I Liked the service and cleaningness of the rooms ”

“Upon arrival, the service was very kind and helpful. I was quickly checked in. The room was tidied clean and relatively spacious for 2 people. The area was okay, a bit downhill from the Bazaar and restaurants. I also checked in pretty late in the evening of a slower season so the nearby areas were a bit sketchy looking (this was my first time in the city and country so I was a bit anxious already) but it wasn't by any means unsafe. The breakfast was absolutely LOVELY, I felt so bad because they……

“The location was ideal for touring the city. The staff was amazing. Mehmet, and the entire breakfast staff, were friendly and accommodating. The front desk staff was helpful with arranging tours and transfers. The room was comfortable and quiet (even though our balcony was on a main street), and the shower was fantastic. “The hotel is well located with a train stop in front of hotel, easy accest to the tourist sites in 10min. The room was clean, however, we're put in a room NOT facing the street, but facing INSIDE of the hotel, this means NO SUNLIGHT in my room. i asked to changed to a room with sunlight, i was told it's fully booked. Please ensure they gave rooms facing the street or with sunlight or the hotel shall have been clear with the room discription if the window is facing inner part of hotel. And……
