“Staff was very unprofessional, inattentive and slow. Only time doorman opened my car door was when I checked out and was leaving in the hope he would get a tip. room was freezing, no heating working in bite, took ages to get hot water in morning. Breakfast was bare minimal. Room was dark and had a small window which very high up? which was covered with a blind so had no sunlight. ”

“Specially in washroom tub is not working condition and washroom item like brush,sleepers,comb, are not available in washroom otherwise all is well”
