“When i booked the property i was under the impression that the price on hotels.com was the price. We then had to pay extra for the dogs, extra for bedding and extra for electricity used. It would have been better if this was in the details of the booking before you confirm. When people are on a budget this could be hard for them. Other than that they were very accommodating and even offered us a two bed they had available as there were 4 of us which was really nice of them. Chalet was……

“It was a lovely warm room, we could make tea or coffee or go downstairs to the Bar for a drink, but unfortunately they were putting an oven in so there was no food. I would certainly go there again. But I didnt like the metal staircase, what with my arthritus, found it too steep. You could do with a lift.”
