“This hotel is in a great location in a walkable neighborhood with lots of dining options. It was central to the places we wanted to visit (though not super close). The staff is friendly and accommodating. Many of the rooms have windows looking down into an patio owned by the juice bar downstairs, which can get a little noisy. We had a great stay there!”

“Great small and well located hotel. However no desk in the room which we needed. Breakfast and service was terrific, albeit we had to eat outside in winter. A blanket would have been nice. House cleaning touched our belongings, which as extremely regular travellers, we have never experienced in 30 years. We asked them not to and they fulfilled our wishes. ”

“The apartment was wonderful, spacious, airy, and an easy walk to anything you'd like to see or do in Roma Norte. We felt safe walking at night and in the apartment. The concierge was knowledgeable about things to do complete with sending links to buy tickets to Lucha libre, which was a big hit! There was a hiccup with a pipe leaking but that was taken care of quickly. I also would recommend that if you have any disability or difficulty climbing stairs to look for a different place because this……

“The hotel itself is really nice, modern, clean, high end facilities. Unfortunately it is in the pink district, right in front of very active night clubs. Although the windows did reduce noise significantly, it is not enough for a light sleeper. Other than that, breakfast is served at the table and not a lot of options to choose from. Which is not my preference for Mexican breakfast. It was served beautifully but portions are small and not satisfying, and server was not happy to serve and……
