“We enjoyed our stay with our two grandchildren. The room, 415, was spacious, clean and comfortable. The front desk staff were friendly and made us feel welcomed. They all seemed to enjoy their job. The housekeeping staff brought us towels and linens that we needed for the pull-out couch. We didn't use the kitchenette except to make coffee which was a surprisingly good tasting cup of coffee. Breakfast was typical with eggs, meat, oatmeal with many toppings, breads, cold cereal and make -your-own……

“This property was a short walk from family as we came for a funeral. Also near several miles of walking near the university and river area. Convenient with the kitchen for us, and there's a dishwasher. Big one bedroom apartment was relaxing vs a hotel. Communication via text for the access code was seamless. ”

“I liked that it was different from the usual hotel chains. The unique historical architecture was interesting, but the hotel was updated and had all the amenities that met our needs, including our private bath that was down the hall. The free street parking was a plus! The location was great, short distances to sites of interest near downtown. Good restaurants within walking distance. Beds were comfortable. “We had a great stay! The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed. While the sofa bed wasn’t the most comfortable, that’s to be expected. The bathroom featured a warm toilet seat with a bidet, and the shower had excellent water pressure. Indoor parking was a major convenience. Best of all, communication with the host team was prompt, friendly, and professional. Highly recommend this place!”
