“The location is outside city center. There is a nice free parking. The bathroom is spacious. The mattrass is alittle V shape, the TV screen is small and far. The service is excelent.”

“The staff was friendly and helpful. The room is clean and tidy. But the bar opposite to the hotel was too noisy through the night which affacted my sleep.”

“The hotel is typical French style which’s attracted for foreigner but the service is not in same quality, one of receptionist is warmed and another one with bad attitude when I tell there is not shampoo and shower in room for two day. Breakfast is very good and if the human resouce issue can be solved, the hotel is 4 star.”

“地點一流，在市中心，可步行到很多景點，附近亦有巴士和輕鐵站。前枱服務員亦很有禮。房間整潔。但酒店沒有冷氣，開窗後空氣仍然不流通。而且街道很嘈吵。窗口太大，開窗後不能關上窗簾，早上會被陽光照醒。希望房間能提供足夠的沖涼液。”

“Our room was comfortable and very clean. The breakfast buffet was better than any we have ever seen. Think of a breakfast food you would like--it was there; eggs, toast, pastry, bacon, ham, cereal, yogurt, two kinds of butter, several kinds of fruit, and machines that offered a full range of coffee types. Best of all, however, was the helpfulness of the staff. They greeted us warmly when we checked in and directed out tour guide into the dining room to meet us. We asked where we might find……

“A clean, moderately-priced hotel very close to public transportation and well-located for walking in the historic centre. Our only complaints are the elevator was out of order and the bathroom was very small, making it problematic for tall people to use the toilet.”
