You can only park on the street for 3 days out of 30 and need to park on the odd side on odd days and even side on even nights. The WI-FI was poor. “Property description is accurate, yes you are staying above a very popular bar so you will hear the music late into the evening. We were there for a holiday weekend so this was just fine for us and our adult kids! Hosts communicated promptly and even provided a waffle bar and snacks! Loved being able to go downstairs and order food and drinks. We also walked to nearby restaurants, a perfect location to experience some lake life. Thank you!”

The building itself is a trash chute that reeks of marijuana and cigarettes, even in the room itself. other than that, the place was basically booby trapped as the chairs were loose and stove knobs were loose. other than that trash was constantly left right outside of the doors and left inside the place itself and it was never cleaned up. “Plenty of room for 3 couples. Loft is a really cool space. Upstairs bath is small but plenty of hot water and good pressure. The neighborhood is awesome. We walked to dinner and bars each night. So close to the lake! We had a cool spring weekend but it was still amazing. We would stay again if we travel back to the area.”

“I really loved this apartment, so cozy and homelike. It felt like all the things I like best about classic Milwaukee homes. My mom and I enjoyed relaxing in the sun room and lounging in the living room. It came with everything we needed. The property manager was super nice and helpful, always reachable by text. Great location, handy to the east side and everything Riverwest has to offer. The only downsides were some noise at night from street racers, and the house always felt a bit cold. There……
