“This property is 16 miles in, off of the main road, into the mountains. The last 3 miles are on an unpaved gravel road. There is no cell service out here. “The location is only 4 minutes drive to Big Bend which is a big plus for us. We stayed there 4 nights, and the host is responsive and keep the trash in our room cleaned every day. The check in and check out thrue texting is also convenient for us because we check in late and check out early thanks to the smart door lock. I emailed the address given via my phone but received no response whatever. This doesn't detract much from the otherwise great experience. “Quaint cabins in a remote part of Texas. Might be a little challenging to find during the day, but damn near impossible to find at night, despite the elaborate instructions sent. They desperately need a LIGHTED sign. Had to call them to get the door access code. The no potable water threw me at first, but they provided bottled water, so it really wasn't an issue. ”
