“Ten Bits was a really neat place. Felt like walking into an old western movie but having all the modern amenities. Comfortable room with unbelievable views from the back porch. Sis was very responsive. Loved having access to a nice kitchen and dining area, although need an update on some pans. 10 minutes from Terlingua and about a 45-60 minute drive to the main part of Beg Bend park but easy, beautiful drive. Great place for group vacations. Don’t go during the summer. ”

“We absolutely love this place! Spacious solar powered cabin, fantastic views, close to Big Bend, nice meeting new folks in the communal kitchen, and dog friendly. I do have a few issues--both visits there was a lot of dust, fur, and small bits of trash under the beds. This time a wet, stained face towel greeted us in the bathroom. “Quaint cabins in a remote part of Texas. Might be a little challenging to find during the day, but damn near impossible to find at night, despite the elaborate instructions sent. They desperately need a LIGHTED sign. Had to call them to get the door access code. The no potable water threw me at first, but they provided bottled water, so it really wasn't an issue. ”
