“What a nice, history rich house to stay in. You can tell it has old bones but has been maintained and is full of character. Loved the relaxing setting with the river running around the house. Plenty to explore on the property down by the water and in the woods. Exactly what’s needed for a relaxing get away. Close to town as well for anything needed. Kirsten was a great host. ”

“This rental is absolutely adorable! It was just the right size for our weekend trip to visit family. The location is perfect, with easy access to I-81 and plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. “We wanted a quiet getaway and that’s exactly what we got. We like Hedgesville’s proximity to Berkeley Springs, Harpers Ferry and Winchester, VA. Hedgesville itself doesn’t have a lot going on - a few independent restaurants & shops, a Martin’s grocery store. If you’re looking for Walmart or chain restaurants, there are plenty in nearby Martinsburg. This visit for us, though, was all about staying in and enjoying the woods around us. While there are half a dozen or so homes around the cabin,……

“Lovely house and beautiful scenery! Would definitely stay here again!”

“My brother and I stayed at this property during a relocation transition. We loved the homey feel of this property. It was clean, well supplied with the necessities and beautifully decorated. It felt like home. The bonus was the owner, who was so helpful and avaliable to assist with whatever we needed. The property manager who lives next door was also very helpful when we needed to do laundry and could not find the washing machine and dryer. She was there promptly to help us. I only have one……
