“Our family wanted to be in Tahoe for New Years. The space was perfect for our family and our father in law. We let our FIL stay in the Suite with the living room so he had his own bedroom. The rest of our family staed in the adjacent bedroom (like a hotel room with 2 queen beds and small kitchentte). It was great to have the rooms connected by a small hallway. “We couldn’t have hoped for a better place to stay with our children (4, 9, 11) for our vacation in Carson City. The landscape was unbeatable and lots of space to run and enjoy. The house itself was astonishing, spacious and very comforting as our temporary home away from home. One of our family’s favorite things to do was to search for the many frogs on the lot! It’s no surprise we would definitely return and recommend this place to anyone.”

“We had a family reunion with all ages from 1 to 92 years old. This house was perfect for everyone. We had a day planned at the lake and no one wanted to leave because the house had so many amenities. We had an abundance of dishes in the kitchen to cook with and it was nice to be able to eat together there was plenty of seating. We hope we can plan to come back and do it all over again because it was so much fun!”

“First off, the house was really dirty there was dog hair everywhere. Also the smoke detectors beeped all the time meaning they need new batteries. The downstairs bathroom had a trey underneath the sink the trey overflowed and started leaking(there was mold around it meaning it’s been leaking that for a while). The outside barbecue wasn’t working properly only one burner worked. The heater took around 5 hours to heat up.”
