“The property is great. But. for the price per night, I have to ask why certain "little items" are no longer provided. Littke things like body lotion, shower caps, bar soap for those who cannot use the nody cleansing gel. The auto ice maker didn't work, so trips to the ice macine were in order. The room was not refreshed, had to ask for clean towels. The care of the customer does not measure up to the time before Covid.”

“I wish I had gotten the staff members name, but when we ordered a DoorDash after a concert we attended and it was delivered to the wrong address, the staff member was so kind and helpful. She walked over to the address it was delivered to with me and walked back with me. I was so thankful for her kindness! The hotel was very clean, quiet, and convenient for our one night stay for a concert.”

“The unit was clean and relatively nice. However, thats the only pros. Before getting to even stay, I was sent messages from Jungle House claiming that we need to pay a security deposit, outside of what we already paid to hotels.com. This was a bit odd, but I clarified with them and paid the security deposit. I was told as long as there was no damage I would receive the full refund. House was left in perfect shape, and I only received a partial refund of my deposit for a "cleaning fee". They……

“Overall the apartment suited our needs perfectly. Unlocking the entry door was not clearly stated resulting in another guest guiding us. They too had had trouble. Also we had to recheck in for the parking multiple times which turned out to be time consuming.”
