“We stayed in this nice short term rental in Panama City Beach (PCB), booked through VRBO but managed by Soleil. We found the rental to be clean, exactly as advertised, well maintained, well equipped, and we enjoyed the experience very much. We requested early check-in and that was easily accommodated. We are likely to book again as we love PCB!”

“This house is located very close to the beach and an easy walk! Even though it is not a view free of obstacles, there are some beautiful glimpses of the beach and water! The house was well appointed and the pool was clean and fun. We paid extra to heat the pool and that was a game changer since the early April mornings are cool. Any issues were handled quickly except for a refrigerator that had a broken water line. They sent a repair tech who could not fix it for our stay so we had to go buy ice……

“Our trip to PCB in Sept 2024 was FANTASTIC! The house…we loved it! You can’t get any closer to the beach if you tried for the price! The kitchen and bathroom counters I really liked, the view from the deck is GREAT, the beds are comfy (hubby, 2 sons; 18 and 12 and our pups agree). Check in was a breeze- the property managers stay in touch thru text- which made things easier. No issues with the house- it felt like home after our week there! We already agreed we’d stay here again next trip down! ”
