“Great little Mom & Pop hotel still managed by it's owners. The rooms are always clean, great Old Florida atmosphere, property was quiet at night, even with the Biker groups that were there. Perfect spot close to the sand and water, still fairly priced, plus Charlotte and Lori go out of their way to make sure you're taken care of. I hate to leave a good review because I'd like to keep this place a secret for as long as possible. ”

“We loved the property and the short walk to the beach. The house was well equipped and for our family of 7 great. One of our favorite part of the stay was enjoying the wonderful pool oasis in the evenings and being sang to by frogs! Kids and adults the same loved it. ”

“We had an amazing time at the Fish Carlton, the house was big enough for 10 adults and 3 littles! There are even two refrigerators in the house with plenty of room for large groups! The pool and deck was awesome and right on the beach 10/10 we will definitely be back !”

“Very small spot and I was charged a cleaning fee for a camper lot. He said it was for something else and was very rude when I asked for my cleaning fee to be returned because there was nothing to clean. Everyone else that worked at venture out was very nice.”

“We wanted to go to the beach for Memorial Day but not be in traffic and crowds. I found this room at Regency towards the end of Thomas Dr. I had not stayed at Regency in years. I asked the host, Tricia, questions about the property. She was very responsive and kind. The condo was wonderful. Clean, stocked with great supplies, the beds were good. All new and updated. Just as pictured. Updated pool area with Tikki bar and restaurant. We had a great time and we will definitely stay in Tricia’s unit……
