“We can literally hear people talking. People next door was very loud, they played music and yelling loud at 1:00 am. We couldn’t fall asleep. AC is right next to my bed and it blows out wind right to your face all night.”

Was so great to be able to go to beach directly from house without having to “pack up” to go. Pool was also great for kiddos when they didn’t want to go to beach. “House is spacious for a family, comfortable, and clean. Having a driveway for parking our vehicle a private pool was fantastic and why we chose a house vs a condo for our beach trip. The beach wagon, chairs, and tent were a huge plus. The beach is a few blocks away; easy and safe to walk, but was tiring after a day at the beach. We might consider renting a golf cart next time - the neighborhood is very golf cart friendly. Location is quiet and residential with PLENTY of space at the beach to……
