“Shabby chic hotel, which kind of fits into the environment. This was the second time we stayed here as it’s a perfect overnight stop for us. Yes it needs updating, bathroom decor late 70s, early 80s but all in all, good value for money. Hotel is in a great location for walking, cycling and hiking.”

“Für die eine Nacht war das Hotel völlig ok. Das Bad mit Badewanne war sehr gut. Einziges Manko war aus subjektiver Sicht das taghelle Zimmer morgens, da die Vorhänge das Licht nicht auffangen konnten. Aber das Personal war äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend.”

“Wir waren das erste Mal dort, aber nicht das letzte Mal! Toller Kontakt zum Personal, es war immer jemand da wo direkt geholfen hat. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und auch das Frühstück ist zum empfehlen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. ”

“Lovely accommodation food really good and great choice of breakfast. The only fault we had is with parking, after having driven 7 hours we found nowhere to park. We had to park on pavement across road, don't rely on parking being available. I think the great location and setting meant other non residents used the hotel parking.”

The rooms are sufficient spacious and clean, the beds are comfortable and the AC is working fine. The staff is helpful and friendly. Breakfast is available. Parking is possible in two nearby garages. The hotel offers everything for a comfortable stay in central Karlsruhe. ”
