“We loved our stay at the Platinum Suites by SNC. The communication was good, we loved having 2 separate bedrooms and bathrooms, the view is incredible, and there is a lot of space in the apartment. It felt loke home. Full-size fridge, washer/dryer with detergent in the unit. We couldn't have asked for more!”

“櫃檯服務人員非常親切，因為我的班機關係到飯店已經是半夜將近1點，服務人員還是耐心服務及解說。房務人員也每天都清掃非常乾淨，讓我晚上回飯店又有全新的房間，很感動。”

“The worst hotel I ever stayed in my life. Below are the issues that I have experience during my stay from 15th to 17th December 2018. Please note that I had to leave the hotel on 17th instead of 19th due to the extra ordinary pool quality even through I paid for the hotel until the 19th. 1. The first room assigned to us was extremely dirty such as a dirty spot in the bathtub and hair/dirty on the carpet. 2. I requested to change the room and the reception replied that it was an upgraded room……

“This place was great. Very spacious and centrally located. We LOVED the rooftop infinity pool with the killer view. It would have been a perfect check in, had we received clear check in instructions a few days prior to our visit. Luckily, I got a Malaysian sim card so was able to get a call the local number to get a hold of someone to come into the residential building and help get us "checked in", since the concierge at the building can't help.”

“The staff were excellent, very nice and helpful. The area felt safe and it was easy to get to public transport or walk everywhere if you want to. Perfect place to rest for a couple of nights while exploring KL.”

“位置佳，接駁著Monorail站，出遊方便。連接Quill Mall，有餐廳及supermarket，購物及用餐也非常便利。 房間整潔寬敞，冷氣充足，水壓也沒問題。 Easy check out, 即使沒觀景但也很滿意。”

“excellent but the facilities was a little old”

“I did not like my stay at the hotel. The room were not that clean, specially the sofa was beyond what should be allowed, it was so dirty you didn’t even want to sit there. There were small insects crawling in the kitchen area always. Basic things like kitchen equipment lacked. The shower door was almost completely broken off. Gym was not that great either because of the lack of equipment, if you are more than two people, then you are going to wait a lot. Waiting for the elevator was too much,……

“전체적으로 조용하고 조심스러운 분위기에 캡슐방이라 오랜만에 숙면 했어요 더운나라는 캡슐이 짱인듯요 샤워실도 넓고 쾌적해요, 환기도 매일 시켜주시고 청소상태도 깔끔합니다 다음에도 가고싶어요 단지 바로옆엔 식당이 없지만 조금 아래로 가서 육교 건너면 맥도널드쪽 스벅이랑 있구, 그랩푸드도 잘되요 Mrt는 titiwangsa역, 미술관도 근처, 바투케이브까지 돌아보기 좋아요”
