“First impressions not good. Drive dirty with sand, sticks and leaves- same in garage which I blew off with hand held blower. Didn’t want to trek dirt into house. Fridge door handle loose so I found Allen wrench in massively over loaded garage and fixed. Same with bedroom lamp that was broken. AC on main floor worked well and helped mitigate musty order. Lovely shag carpeting in master badly need of cleaning. There’s a hole in master bath wall area where a heater has been installed in wall……
