“Check-in was fast and easy, Barbara was amazing. We couldn’t get adjoining rooms but such is the life. The shower curtaining rm 215 needs attention and positioning the shower curtain presented difficulty but the water pressure was good and it heated up quickly 👍. Also I’d reserved with Hittls.com but someone on the desk one night about a week before the trip was able to add another day onto my stay without difficulty or grief. All in all my stay was good. “This place is fabulous. Super cute hotel with only 6 rooms upstairs and a bar/coffee counter downstairs with excellent beer/wine and coffee options, a fancy pizza truck on site, and lovely outdoor areas at the front and back. “Dirt road/drive. Not a lot of room for navigation, but enough room to move around. The house was quaint and perfect. Check in was an envelope left on a table. Perfect! Serves a purpose for a one night stay. No refrigerator and limited outlets. Would stay again!”

“Everything was just...."almost". Almost close to being great but falling short. The front desk was probably the best part of the experience but that was part of the problem in the fact that what the resort promises is not what the resort delivers. It was supposed to be a dream weekend for the two of us but I was left a bit disappointed in how the concierge took care of us. “My husband and I traveled to Asheville with our dogs to go hiking in the area and enjoy the city. I love the Aloft hotel because it is extremely dog friendly (no pet fee and no designated pet room). The pups always enjoyed the treats at the check-in area. The staff were also very friendly and promptly answered any questions we had. Thank you :)”
